Prantik Biswas

Prantik Biswas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and internal audit within the finance and construction equipment sectors. Currently serving as a Manager at Srei since February 2017, Prantik oversees the servicing of loan accounts across multiple regions while implementing strategies for process enhancement and customer lifecycle management. Previous roles at Srei included Assistant Operations Manager and Assistant Manager, where responsibilities encompassed internal audits and identifying process gaps. Prior to Srei, Prantik held positions at Shriram Finance Limited and Tata Group, focusing on operational activities and file management. Prantik holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calcutta and a Professional Diploma in Web Centric Computing from NIIT Institute.
