Sandeep Ghosh

Sandeep Ghosh has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Sandeep joined SREI Equipment Finance Limited in 2013 as a Senior Vice President in Corporate Strategy & Planning, and later became the Head of Corporate Strategy and Planning in 2019. In 2023, they were appointed as the Chief Distribution Officer. Before their time at SREI, Sandeep worked at Good Image Advisory as the Chief Executive Officer, providing advisory solutions in sales, distribution, operational processes, and more. Sandeep also held roles at TATA AIA Life Insurance Life Company Limited and Tata AIG Life Insurance Company Limited, where they served as a Vice President and National Account Head, and Vice President and Head of Retail Banca, respectively. Prior to that, Sandeep worked at ABN AMRO, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Limited in various managerial positions.

Sandeep Ghosh completed their ICSE/ISC degree from Loyola School Jamshedpur between 1982 and 1991. Sandeep then pursued a B.Com (Hons) degree from Goenka College of Commerce & Business Administration from 1991 to 1994, focusing on Economics, Commerce, Accounts, Maths, and Management Sciences. After that, Sandeep went on to earn a PGDBM degree in Management Sciences from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management from 1995 to 1997. In addition, Sandeep attended the General Managers Program at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and the General Managers Program at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, although specific years are not provided for these programs.
