Satendra Deshmukh

Satendra Deshmukh has over a decade of experience in the chemical engineering field, currently serving as Lead Design Technologist II at SRF Limited since July 2014. In this role, Satendra has hands-on experience with tech transfer, scaling up, process development, and commercialization for more than 25 projects involving diverse and challenging chemistries. Previous positions at SRF included leading the Technology Transfer Group and the Process Engineering Lab for the Agro Vertical, as well as roles in dedicated plant projects and campaign processes. Prior to SRF, Satendra worked as a Process Engineer at Ingenero, focusing on debottlenecking studies and overpressure analysis, and served as an Assistant Manager at Supreme Petrochem Ltd, where responsibilities included process improvement and energy conservation. Satendra holds a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University.
