Anushka Siddiqui

Anushka Siddiqui currently serves as the Organizational Development Manager at SRI Executive, a consulting firm focused on the International Development sector, since October 2023. Prior to this role, Anushka held several positions at The Bridgespan Group, culminating as the Asia and Africa Regional Unit Manager from October 2022 to September 2023. Anushka also worked as a Manager and Consultant at The Bridgespan Group from August 2019 to July 2022. Academic experience includes serving as the Content Chair for the Behavioral Insights Group at Harvard Kennedy School and as a Course Assistant for the "Digital Government" course. Anushka's earlier career includes positions as an Associate at Samagra Development Associates Pvt. Ltd. and a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company.
