Therese Kanda

Therese Kanda is an experienced Executive Research Consultant at SRI Executive since March 2021, contributing to a global consulting practice that specializes in Search, Strategy, and Leadership within the Not for Profit and Life Science sectors. Prior to this role, Therese served as the KZN Business Relationship Manager at The South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) from May 2015 to March 2021, where the focus was on enhancing the SAICA profession's contribution to SMME development. Additional experience includes roles as an HR Associate at SAICA Enterprise Development, Recruitment Specialist at LabourNet, and Specialist Recruitment Consultant at Communicate Personnel. Therese holds a Bachelor's of Commerce with a double major in Human Resources Management and Industrial Psychology, as well as an Honours degree in Human Resources Management from the University of the Witwatersrand.
