Ginger Elliott-Teague

Ginger Elliott-Teague, PhD, is a seasoned researcher and specialist in data systems for early intervention and early childhood special education, currently serving as a Senior Researcher & Technical Assistance Specialist at SRI International since February 2023. Previously, Ginger held the position of Director of Data Analysis for the Oklahoma State Department of Education, coordinating federal reporting and improving special education services from November 2015 to February 2023. Ginger also has experience as a Senior Researcher at the Oklahoma Department of Human Services and managed programs at the Office of Community & Faith Engagement. An academic background includes an Assistant Professorship at the University of Oklahoma, with a focus on public policy and administration, complemented by a PhD and MPA from Indiana University and a BA from Rice University.
