Robert Kozma, Ph.D., has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Robert started their career in 1974 at the University of Michigan as an Associate Professor and Senior Research Scientist. From 1994 to 2002, they worked at SRI International, where they held multiple roles, including Emeritus Principal Scientist and Director of Center for Technology in Learning. During this time, they focused on research and projects in education and technology, particularly in improving science education funded by the National Science Foundation. In 2002, they established their own consulting company, KozMalone Consulting, where they served as a Principal Consultant until April 2019. Recently, in 2019, they joined Design a Better World as an Author.
Robert Kozma received their Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan in 1968. Robert further pursued their education and obtained a Master's degree in Education from Oakland University in 1970. Robert then went on to complete their Ph.D. in Education Technology from Wayne State University in 1972.
