Charitha Madhawa Perera has extensive experience in finance and management, currently serving as Deputy Superintendent at Sri Lanka Customs since February 2012, having previously held the position of Assistant Superintendent. Before this role, Charitha worked as a Junior Executive at Sampath Bank from April 2010 to March 2012 and as an Audit Associate at EY from December 2007 to April 2010. Charitha holds a Master of Financial Economics from the University of Colombo, completed in December 2014, and a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, obtained in June 2008. Educational background also includes attendance at Ananda College and Sri Sumangala Boys College.
