Dulanjali Bandara

Dulanjali Bandara is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in policy, strategic planning, and quality assurance within various organizations. Currently serving as Assistant Director in the Policy & Strategic Planning Division at the Sri Lanka Export Development Board since 2017, Dulanjali Bandara previously held roles including Export Promotion Officer and Scientific Officer at the National Science Foundation. A professional background includes leadership as Head of Quality Assurance at American Premium Water Systems (Pvt) Ltd, overseeing the chemical laboratory and compliance with various audits and certifications. Dulanjali Bandara achieved the highest marks in the Certified Plant Operator examination focused on advanced water treatment technology. Academic qualifications include a Master of Public Policy from the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies, an M.Sc. in Applied Organic Chemistry from the University of Colombo, and a Graduate Chemist degree from the College of Chemical Sciences.
