Dharshana Maldeniya

Dharshana Maldeniya currently holds the position of Head of Sales Administration & Sales Support at LOLC Life Assurance since June 2023. With extensive experience in academia, Dharshana serves as a Visiting Lecturer in both the Department of Finance at the University of Kelaniya and the Department of Sport Science & Management at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. Additionally, Dharshana has fulfilled roles as a Cricket Commentator for Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation and a Sports Presenter for Sri Lanka Rupavahini Corporation since 2008 and 2003, respectively. Previous industry experience includes serving as Senior Manager in various capacities at HNB General Insurance and MBSL Insurance Co Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Business Administration from the University of Kelaniya, a Master of Business Administration from the same institution, a BSc. in Management from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing.
