Kristy Leblanc

Kristy always knew she wanted to help people, but the question was how? She started her career by studying kinesiology and physiology, and applying that knowledge to massage therapy and relieving pain. She worked very closely with chiropractors and homeopathic doctors.

But a moment in late 2014 changed her life, it’s when she met some people from SRI Management. Kristy fell in love with senior living because of their passion; it was contagious. She knew at that point senior living was going to be how she could help people. She was hired by SRI Management in 2015.

As the old saying goes, when you love what you do you will never work a day in your life! Kristy has grown with the company from Director of Sales to Executive Director, Regional Director of Operations, Divisional Director of Operations, to Senior Director of Corporate Sales, to VP of Sales.

There is nothing quite like changing the lives of seniors, and she has enjoyed every moment of it. Kristy love educating and comforting families and watching seniors thrive in a new environment. It has been a journey and she has loved every minute of it.
