Rishi Kumar Shukla

Rishi Kumar Shukla has extensive work experience in the human resources field. Rishi Kumar began their career in 2009 as a Trainee HR at Nandini Impex Pvt.Ltd in New Delhi. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as an Executive Admin/HR at Ruia Group of Industries. In 2012, they joined Jain Group of Industries as an HR Executive. In 2014, they became the Head Of Human Resources and Head HR at Srijan Realty Pvt. Ltd. Rishi Kumar has also served as the Office In-Charge at Gyan Bharati School Kolkata, where they were responsible for software testing, time management, team leadership, and student fee records.

Rishi Kumar Shukla obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology - SMU, completing their studies from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Hindi from Kanpur University, studying between 2000 and 2005.
