Before this, Senthil worked at Amrit Hatcheries Private Limited from July 2010 to August 2013 as Technical Manager, where responsibilities included production monitoring and bio-security management. Additional experience includes positions at Suguna Poultry Farm Ltd and Venky's (India) Limited, specializing in hatchery projects and operations.
