James Morrison

James Morrison has extensive experience in the technology and operations sectors, currently serving as General Manager of Mining Technology Integration and Site Performance at Finning since October 2016. Previously held multiple leadership roles at Finning, contributing to customer support operations, parts management, and performance solutions within the Power Systems division. Founded Next Chapter Applications in 2016, focusing on delivering business application solutions across various industries. Prior to this, James Morrison served as Vice President of Customer Experience at Richer Systems Group, where responsibilities included developing strategic roadmaps and driving operational efficiencies. An early career included roles in sales, marketing, and implementation, highlighted by managing a significant fleet software project. James Morrison holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick.
