Arpita Roy Dam

Dr. Arpita Roy Dam comes with 18+ years of rich work experience in lab medicine and quality with special expertise in areas of hematopathology, oncopathology. She was instrumental in setting up the flow-cytometry section and has been heading the hematology services at the Clinical Reference Laboratory, SRL Gurgaon lab since 2007. She is an SME (Subject Matter Expert) for hematopathology and also a member of COTE (Council of Quality & Technical Excellence) at SRL.

Dr. Arpita shoulders the responsibility as national Head Quality Assurance & Compliances for all SRL laboratory units. She is an empanelled NABL and CAP (College of American Pathologist) assessor/ inspector for hematology, coagulation, flow-cytometry, and clinical pathology.

She is a gold medalist and holds an MD Pathology degree from Government Medical College, Surat with flow-cytometry training from National Centre for Biological Sciences (Tata Institute) Bangalore. She is a life member of several professional societies Delhi Society of Hematology, The Cytometry Society and has many publications in reputed peer-reviewed national journals to her credit
