Fred Belga is a seasoned marketing executive with extensive experience in driving growth and customer engagement across various industries. Currently serving as VP of Marketing & Media at SROA Capital, Fred is focused on building a high-performance marketing team and integrating AI capabilities to enhance brand awareness and customer experience. Previously, Fred held senior roles at Sunnova Energy, Travel + Leisure Co., Darden, The Walt Disney Company, and ADT, where responsibilities included leading demand generation, multi-channel marketing campaigns, and CRM strategies. Fred holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a BS and CPA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and completed an Executive Program in Organizational Leadership at Yale School of Management.
