Amanda Jackson

Amanda Jackson is the Managing Director of the Eastern Region, Business Development for SRS Acquiom. Amanda works closely with deal parties, outside counsel and investors, providing guidance on SRS Acquiom’s role in handling post-closing issues such as purchase price adjustments, indemnification claims, escrow funds and payments.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Amanda spent ten years in the financial printing industry assisting clients with initial public offerings, M&A transactions and compliance filings at R.R. Donnelley.

Amanda graduated from the University of Richmond, where she was a Phi Beta Kappa scholar. She is a former member of the Board of Trustees at the Pingree School in South Hamilton, MA.
