Radha Subramanian

Radha Subramanian is Associate General Counsel and Senior Director for SRS Acquiom, responsible for guiding the organization’s general legal affairs, including risk and compliance matters. Radha previously served as a senior attorney in the M&A Transactional Group of SRS Acquiom, negotiating SRS Acquiom’s engagement and facilitating the closing process in complex M&A transactions.

Prior to joining SRS Acquiom, Radha was an associate in the M&A, Corporate and Securities Law group of Norton Rose Fulbright LLP in Toronto. She represented public and private companies, financial services firms and private equity funds in domestic and cross-border stock and asset acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, complex securities law and general corporate matters. Radha was recently recognized in the Service Professional category of The M&A Advisor’s 7th Annual 40 Under 40 Emerging Leaders Awards.

Radha received a JD from the University of Western Ontario Faculty of Law, an HBA in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business, and is a member of the New York Bar and Law Society of Upper Canada.
