Steve Maiocco

Mr. Stephen Maiocco is a member of the Board of Directors at SRS Medical and has served as the Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director at Schooner Capital. Since 1996 Mr. Maiocco divides his time between the firm’s internal financial and administrative matters and its investment portfolio. He has spent 14 years in public accounting at Tonneson & Company CPAs P.C. where he worked with his clients on a wide range of accounting, financial, and tax matters. In addition to his work with SRS Medical, Mr. Maiocco serves as a Board Member of Millstone Medical Outsourcing. He is also licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Mr. Maiocco has an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and a Master’s of Science in Taxation degree from Bentley University.
