Gary Chou

Gary Chou is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in investment sales and management. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Managing Principal at SRS Real Estate Partners since January 2025 and Managing Partner at CCS Capital Partners since January 2021, Gary previously held the position of Partner at Berkeley Capital Advisors until January 2025. Prior involvement includes a significant tenure at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services from September 2013 to January 2021, where notable achievements included being the #1 Broker/Producer company-wide for multiple years and receiving numerous awards such as the Sales Achievement Award. Gary’s early career included a role as Senior Investment Associate at The Matthews Retail Group | Colliers-International, where leadership was demonstrated as Director of the Retail Practice Group. Educationally, Gary holds a DDS/MS in Dentistry and Oral Biology and a BS in Microbiology, Immunology, and Molecular Genetics from UCLA.
