Ryan Tharp

Ryan Tharp has a diverse work experience in various roles. Ryan currently serves as the SVP Research & Client Technology at SRS Real Estate Partners starting from March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Spatial Analytics Media Consultant at Cloudkicker Media since January 2014. From January 2021 to November 2021, they served as the National Director of Research & Analytics at Mohr Partners, Inc. Before that, they were the Director of Research & GIS Services at Transwestern from October 2016 to September 2019. Ryan also worked as the Director of Research at Cushman & Wakefield from October 2014 to October 2016. Ryan's earlier experience includes working as the Director, Business Information, Research & Economic Development at the Dallas Regional Chamber from January 2006 to September 2014 and as a Research Associate at the University of North Texas Center for Economic Development and Research from January 2005 to January 2007.

Ryan Tharp has completed the Cox Executive Education program at Southern Methodist University, earning a certificate in Leadership. Ryan has also obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Applied Economics from the University of North Texas. Prior to that, Ryan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Economics from the same university.
