Lakshmi Padileti

Lakshmi Padileti has a strong background in the IT industry with experience working at various companies. Lakshmi started their career at Satyam Computer Services Ltd in 2002, where they worked as an Associate-2 and played a key role in the GENERO project. Lakshmi then joined IBM Global Services in 2003 as a Sr. Software Developer. In 2004, Lakshmi joined Oracle USA, Inc as a Technical Consultant and later became a Sr. Principal Consultant. Lakshmi worked on multiple Oracle OTM projects and served as the Application Lead for a project in Canada. In 2010, Lakshmi founded SRUJAN Technologies, Inc and currently serves as the Founder and Sr. OTM Lead Architect. In this role, they manage onshore and offshore teams and plays a key role as the OTM technical and functional lead consultant for various customers.
