Maruthachala Ponnambalam

Maruthachala Ponnambalam is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product engineering and management. As the Chief Executive Officer of Srushty Global Inc since May 2024 and Founder & CEO of Srushty Global Solutions Pvt Ltd since October 2010, Maruthachala has focused on providing comprehensive product engineering services from concept to manufacturing. Previously, Maruthachala served as Chief Designer at BRVNDO from January 2019 to May 2024, leading the development of smart next-generation products. Earlier roles include Deputy General Manager at HCL Technologies Ltd, where Maruthachala headed the New Product Realization Services Business Unit, and Senior Project Manager at HCL-Cisco offshore development center. Maruthachala began the engineering career as a graduate trainee engineer at Tata Engineering and Locomotive Co Ltd. Maruthachala holds a B.Tech in Mechanical from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, an MS in Software Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Certificate in Technology Leadership and Innovation from MIT xPRO.
