Cody Skidmore

Cody Skidmore is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Talent Acquisition Supervisor at S&S Activewear since November 2022. In this role, Cody collaborates with the TA Manager to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Previously, Cody worked as a Recruiting Specialist at National Express Carriers, overseeing recruitment efforts and the onboarding process. Cody also has a background in biology, having served as Biologist II at Johnny Morris' Wonders of Wildlife National Museum & Aquarium, where responsibilities included volunteer management, data entry, and public engagement. Cody’s academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Conservation and Management from Missouri State University and an Associate of Arts and Associate of Science from Missouri State University-West Plains.
