James Reichard

James Reichard has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 with Winn-Dixie, where they held various roles including Grocery Associate, Dairy Frozen Food Manager, and Service Area Manager. In 2014, they moved to Continental Benefits, where they worked their way up from Customer Service Representative to roles such as Customer Service Team Lead, Customer Service Supervisor, and eventually Manager of Provider Services. James then transitioned to Operations Support, initially as a Senior Manager and later as the Director. In 2018, James became a Client Account Manager, acting as a strategic partner for clients and brokers/consultants on their self-funded health insurance needs. Currently, they work at S&S Health as the Director of Performance and will soon be promoted to Vice President of Performance.

James Reichard attended New Albany High School from 2002 to 2006. James then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Ohio University from 2006 to 2010.
