Joseph Perri, SPHR SHRM-SCP, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR leadership and organizational management. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at SS Industries since August 2018, Joseph oversees talent acquisition, development, retention, and succession planning for a company that manufactures and sells building products. Previously, Joseph held multiple leadership roles at Colonial Electric Supply from 1999 to 2018, including VP of Human Resources and VP of HR & Logistics, directing HR teams in various functions and managing logistics operations for a large workforce. Early career experiences include roles in purchasing, pricing management, and real estate sales. Joseph holds a CEU in Human Resources from Villanova University, a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Studies from Biblical Theological Seminary, and a B.S. in Biblical Studies/Education from Cairn University.
