Starting as an Engineer at Entergy, Mike then moved on to more senior roles such as Vice President and President at different companies. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State University, Pepper now serves as the Chief Executive Officer at S&S Sprinkler Co., LLC.
