Meghan Strauss has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Meghan is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at S&S Truck Parts LLC. Prior to this, they worked at AIT Worldwide Logistics as the Director of HR, Americas, where they were responsible for talent management initiatives and acted as the primary US contact for HR matters. Before that, they held the role of Regional HR Talent Manager at AIT Worldwide Logistics.

Meghan also worked at MAT Holdings, Inc. as a Manager of Human Resources, where they collaborated with leadership to implement efficient processes and ensured compliance with HR policies. Meghan began their career at Pearson Online Learning Services as a Human Resource Generalist, where they strengthened relationships with the leadership team and acted as a consultant for various business units.

Additionally, Meghan has experience as a Human Resources Intern at VeriClaim Inc. and as an Office Manager at Patlin Incorporated.

Meghan Strauss MS, PHR, SHRM-CP completed their education with a Master's degree in Organizational Human Resource Development from Abilene Christian University in the years 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management & Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. Before entering higher education, Meghan attended Fremd High School.

In addition to their degrees, Meghan has obtained several certifications. Meghan has a certification in MBTI from The Myers & Briggs Foundation, is a certified professional in human resources by SHRM (SHRM-CP), and has completed training in Top Grading Interviewing. Meghan has also obtained professional human resources certification from HRCI.
