Arliss Chavez has a diverse work experience in various roles within the hospitality industry. Arliss began their career as a Manager at Cornish Pasty Co, where they excelled in hiring, training, and improving customer service. Arliss then worked as a Bartender at Casey Moore's Oyster House before joining Bounty Kitchen as a General Manager. At Bounty Kitchen, they gained experience in all aspects of the restaurant business and demonstrated adaptability and performance under pressure. Arliss also worked as a Bartender at Gasoline Ray's and Aloft Hotels, where they also held positions as a Sales Coordinator and Concierge. Arliss continued to expand their skills as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at DoubleTree by Hilton and as a Beertender at Denver Beer Co. Arliss briefly worked as a Manager at Molson Coors Beverage Company before joining SSA Group. At SSA Group, Arliss has held roles as an Assistant Catering Operations Manager, Catering Operations Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Sales and Catering Ops.
Arliss Chavez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in Business and Communications from Arizona State University between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they pursued an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Psychology at Mesa Community College from 2008 to 2011. Before their time at the community college, they attended Central Arizona College from 2006 to 2008, studying Psychology without completing a degree.
