Carly worked in various roles at SSA Group, including Special Event Coordinator, Director Of Catering, Assistant General Manager, and General Manager. In 2019, they joined SSA Group as a District Manager. Carly then transitioned to roles such as Director of Internal Communications and VP of Business Transformation at SSA Group.
Carly Somma pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree at Saint Francis University from 2005 to 2009. Following that, they attended Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, where they obtained their Master's degree between 2010 and 2012. In 2021, Carly furthered their education by earning a Personal Certificate in "Rethinking Retail and Brands" from Cornell University.
