Kassey Kampman

Kassey Kampman, SHRM-SCP, has over a decade of work experience in various roles at Service Systems Associates (SSA) and SSA Group. Kassey joined SSA Group in 2020 as the VP of People Operations. Prior to that, they held multiple positions at SSA, including People Development & Engagement, Assistant General Manager, Unit Controller, Guest Service Supervisor/Cash & HR Manager, Internal Catering Sales/Catering Operations Manager, and Carts Manager & Cash Room Office Assistant. In these roles, Kassey was responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing cashiers, running reports, handling cash management, directing hiring and training processes, and managing payroll.

Kassey Kampman, SHRM-SCP, has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree from Arapahoe Community College, with a field of study not specified, from 2009 to 2011. Kassey also holds additional certifications, including an SHRM Executive Network Membership from SHRM Executive Network, obtained in November 2022, and a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM, obtained in January 2021.
