Erica Karlsson

Erica Karlsson is an experienced project manager currently leading subprojects within the SSAB transition project in Oxelösund, focusing on logistics and land. Previously, at Cyclife from March 2017 to June 2023, Erica held various roles including Manager of Customer Project Management, overseeing a team of 14 professionals, managing budgets, and ensuring process compliance while supporting customer relations and audits. Erica also served as Site Service Manager and Senior Project Manager, responsible for guiding the decommissioning of nuclear power plants and managing an eight-year contract with Uniper for material processing and recycling. Prior roles include purchasing and planning positions at Dermarome, Siemens, Ericsson, and Setra Group. Erica holds a degree in Natural Sciences from Linköping University and completed a technical program at Gripenskolan Nyköping.
