Lars Olsson

Lars Olsson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the steel industry, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Business Unit Sweden at SSAB since August 2006. In this role, Lars oversees PnL for Tubular Production and global sales, as well as Nordic sales of flat products. Lars has held multiple strategic positions within SSAB, including Sales Director for the Nordic & Baltics region and Automotive & Eastern Europe, and previously served as Geographical Sales Manager for Automotive. Additionally, Lars has contributed to various boards, including serving as Chairman of the Board for Tibnor AS in Norway and roles in DALAB and Tibnor A/S in Denmark. Lars holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from Dalarna University and has undergone board training in 2019.
