Sandra Skoglund Henriksson

Sandra Skoglund Henriksson is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR technology and solutions management. Currently serving as the Head of HR Tech & Solutions at SSAB, Sandra leads the implementation of a new HR system and the establishment of standardized people processes. Previously, as the HR Shared Service Center Director at Nynas AB, Sandra was responsible for managing and developing an HR Shared Services team while also serving as the HR System owner. Additional experience includes roles at Fortum, where Sandra held several positions related to HR systems management, and at Pfizer AB as an HR Business Technologist. Sandra holds a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
