Anthony Morgera

Anthony Morgera is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at SMG Corporate Services. Anthony has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, including positions as a Recruiter, Director of Human Resources, and Personnel Manager.

Morgera began their career in Human Resources in 1995 as a Personnel Manager at SSC, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for managing the company's personnel and ensuring that all employees were adequately trained and qualified to do their jobs. Anthony remained in this position for four years before being promoted to Vice President of Human Resources.

As Vice President of Human Resources, Morgera was responsible for overseeing the company's entire HR department. Anthony was responsible for designing and implementing best practices to ensure that staff were adequate in number, highly qualified and well trained to produce effective services with high levels of morale and job satisfaction. Anthony also provided supervision and coaching to six direct reports. In 2012, they were given additional responsibility for oversight of the organization's Training Department.

In 2013, Morgera left SSC, Inc. to become the Director of Human Resources at NSMHA. In this role, they were responsible for designing and implementing best practices to ensure that staff were adequate in number, highly qualified and well trained to produce effective services with high levels of morale and job satisfaction. Anthony also provided supervision and coaching to six direct reports.

In November 2000, Morgera left Monroe Staffing Services to become a Recruiter at The Glass Store, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for all phases of recruitment for permanent and temporary employees and

Anthony Morgera has an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Criminal Justice from Sacred Heart University. Anthony also has a degree in Criminal Justice/Safety Studies from Northeastern University.

Anthony Morgera reports to Bob Weintraub, Member & Owner. They are on a team with Scott Weintraub - President, Victor Carrasquillo - SVP, Operations, and John Kozak - Senior Vice President.
