Stephen Monroe

Stephen Monroe is an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in project management within the oil and gas industry and military operations. Currently at SSC Service Solutions, Stephen focuses on project charter review, milestone scheduling, and budgeting, while effectively collaborating with end users to define project scope and deliverables. Previously, at TH Hill Associates, Stephen served as a senior QA/QC adviser to major oil companies, overseeing field inspection operations and providing technical support for inspection and testing of drilling equipment. Stephen's military background with the US Navy includes leadership and training roles, managing significant personnel and resources, and improving operational efficiency in rescue swimmer training programs. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
