Cynthia Khan currently serves as the Chief Tax Officer at SS&C Technologies, a role held since July 2025. Prior to this position, Khan was the Head of Tax at Shake Shack from May 2024 to June 2025 and the Global Head of Tax at Cantor Fitzgerald from June 2015 to May 2024. Earlier experience includes roles as Group Tax Director/Head of Tax at GFI Group and Global Tax Senior Manager, responsible for international tax projects and compliance. Khan began a career in tax at EY as a Senior Associate and also worked as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Taxation from Florida Atlantic University and an MBA in Accounting from Pace University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from St. John's University.
