Ted Randall is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and legal counsel roles. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at SS&C Technologies since 2019, Ted previously held various positions at State Street, including Vice President and Compliance Manager, from 2009 to 2019, and Vice President and Senior Counsel from 2001 to 2008. Ted's career also includes a tenure at US Bank as Vice President, Institutional Compliance and Trust Counsel, and positions at Grant Thornton LLP and Arthur Andersen & Co. Ted earned an LL.M. in Taxation and a J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, complemented by a B.S. in Education with a focus on American History from Missouri State University.
