Kirsty McGuinness

Kirsty McGuinness is an experienced operations and project management professional with a strong background in the utilities and energy sectors. Since joining Energetics in July 2017, Kirsty has held multiple roles, including Operations Manager, Operations Support Manager, Team Manager for National Delivery Support, and Regional Project Manager for Delivery and Support. Prior to this, Kirsty worked at SSE Enterprise Utilities as a Project Manager and at SSE plc as a Learning and Development Training Designer and Business Trainer from October 2008 to November 2014. Earlier experience includes a role as an Associate L&D Business Trainer in the financial services sector from January 2005 to October 2008. Educational background includes attendance at Our Lady's High.
