Alix Romain

Alix Romain is an experienced communications and engagement professional currently serving as the Communications and Engagement Lead for the Transformation Programme at SSE plc since June 2023. Prior to this role, Alix held the position of Senior Employee Engagement and Communications Manager at SSE plc. Alix's previous experience includes serving as Group Head of Internal Communications, Change, and Incident Management at The VPS Group from January 2018 to April 2023, and as Internal Communications Manager and Officer at Compass Group between November 2014 and December 2018. Alix Romain holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine and Studio Arts from Leeds Arts University, earned between 2010 and 2013.
