Currently serving as Head of Customer Service Strategy & Vulnerability at SSE plc since November 2022, Andrew previously held significant roles such as Director of Business Architecture, Mapping & Continuous Improvement at Nationwide Building Society, where the focus was on enhancing business architecture and process efficiencies. Prior to that, Andrew spent nearly a decade at BT in various leadership positions, most notably as Director of Strategy & Transformation, where impactful changes increased customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies.
