Charlie Hughes has extensive experience in IT support, currently serving as an IT Deskside Support professional at HCL Technologies since December 2019, following a transition from SSE IT. Prior to this, Charlie spent over a decade at SSE plc, starting as an IT Desktop Support School Leaver and progressing to an IT Desktop Support Analyst role, where responsibilities included supporting more than 800 customers and managing critical 24/7 depot operations. Early career experiences provided foundational knowledge in customer service, asset management, and technical support processes. Charlie holds a Diploma in Digital Applications in Information Technology from Horndean Technology College.
