Gayle Hill

Gayle Hill is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the energy sector. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at SSE plc, Gayle previously held significant positions at KCA Deutag, including Head of Reward and Resourcing, Head of Reward, and Group Head of HR Operations. Prior to that, at ScottishPower, Gayle advanced through roles such as Director of HR Business Partnering and Head of HR for both Retail & Generation and Energy Wholesale, alongside early career roles as HR Manager, Senior HR Advisor, and HR Advisor. Gayle holds a Master's Degree in HRM from the University of Strathclyde and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a designation pursued since 2008.
