Paul O'Neill

Paul O'Neill is a Change Analyst at SSEN Transmission since April 2024. Previously, Paul O'Neill worked at Lloyds Banking Group from November 2010 to April 2024, holding multiple roles, including Internal Communications Manager, where responsibilities included devising strategic communication and measurement strategies. As the Internal and External Communications Business Partner for the Community Bank, Paul O'Neill managed crisis communications and built relations with journalists and stakeholders. Other roles included providing logistical support as Communications Assistant in HR and serving as Internal Communications and Engagement Manager to enhance colleague engagement with the Group's strategy. Paul O'Neill holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Multimedia Creation from Abertay University and has further education from the University of St Andrews.
