Rachel Murphy

Rachel Murphy is a Safety, Health and Wellbeing Advisor at SSE Renewables, contributing to the Offshore Development and Construction team since August 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Health & Safety Specialist at Bacardi from August 2022 to August 2023, and working as a Project Engineer and Graduate Engineer at Risktec Solutions from February 2020 to August 2021. Rachel began her career as an Operations Graduate at Inver House Distillers from January 2019 to February 2020 and gained initial experience as an English Teaching Assistant at the British Council in 2014. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Brewing and Distilling from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, as well as a NEBOSH General Certificate from New College Lanarkshire.
