Richard Walls

EMS Chief at City of South San Francisco

Richard Walls has work experience in various roles and companies. Richard started their career as a Commercial Paper Sales Representative at PaperlinX in February 2000 and worked there until June 2003. In November 2014, they joined the City of South San Francisco as an EMS Chief and is currently still in that position. From January 2016 to March 2019, they also served as an Executive Board Member - EMS Section at the California Fire Chiefs Association.

Richard Walls attended Northwestern California University School of Law from 2022 to 2025, but did not complete a degree or specify a field of study. Prior to that, they pursued Critical Care Paramedicine at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where they obtained a CCEMT-P degree. Richard also studied Occupational Safety at Columbia Southern University, without completing a degree. Additionally, Richard showed an interest in English and pursued studies in that field at the United States Military Academy at West Point, although they did not complete a degree there either.
