Heather Bartlett

Heather Bartlett is an experienced planner currently working at SSFM International since April 2023. Previously, Heather served as Planner IV at the Hawaii County Planning Department from October 2021 to April 2023, focusing on long-range community planning. Additional roles include Community Service Aide II at the City of Portland Bureau of Environmental Services and Planner I at the Hawaii County Planning Department. Heather's diverse background encompasses compliance roles at Hawaii First Federal Credit Union and experience in educational support through Upward Bound Hilo. Heather holds a Master's degree in Urban Studies/Affairs from Portland State University and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from the University of Hawai‘i System.
