Michael Packard Pe, Ptoe

Michael Packard, PE, PTOE is a Senior Traffic Engineer at SSFM International since 2018 and previously served as the Complete Streets Administrator for the City and County of Honolulu from 2016 to 2017. Packard has extensive experience in traffic engineering, having worked at SSFM International in various capacities from 2009 to 2016, as well as holding traffic engineer positions at HDR from 2006 to 2009 and HNTB from 2001 to 2006. Packard earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.
