Joe Carlucci

Joe Carlucci is currently the Operational Specialist at First Round Capital since February 2024. Prior to that, Joe held the position of Vice President, Workplace Experience at SSH Real Estate since February 2019. Joe has a background in human resources, managing employee engagement, compliance, and onboarding. Previously, Joe served as Chief Of Staff at United Lutheran Seminary and the Food Bank of South Jersey, and also worked as the Director Of Institutional Giving at the Mazzoni Center. Joe's experience also includes serving as Chief Of Staff at the PA House of Representatives. Joe holds a Master of Science in Arts Administration from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Louisville.
