Cassie Cox

Cassie Cox, RHIA, currently serves as the Director of Health Information Management at SSM Health, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Cassie was the System Director of Health Information Management at Methodist Hospitals from May 2023 to July 2024 and the Regional Director of Operations at Ciox Health from May 2021 to May 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as the Regional Director of Health Information Management at Parallon, the Multi-Site Director of Health Information Management at Advocate Aurora Health, and a Managing Consultant at eCatalyst Consulting. Cassie also held the position of Director of Health Information Management at Morris Hospital on two separate occasions. Cassie holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Information/Medical Records Administration from Illinois State University and an Associate of Arts from Joliet Junior College.
